1 Eligibility

To use gg88, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Philippine resident accessing the platform from abroad.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by gg88 for a breach of these terms.

gg88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension pending review.

2 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one gg88 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information updated. Providing false registration details is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

gg88 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. KYC may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of your nominated payment method. This is a standard industry practice and is required to protect both you and the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Log out of your account when using shared devices. Notify gg88 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3 Deposits

All deposits on gg88 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of your transaction. gg88 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4 Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gg88 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming. gg88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.

In the event of an obvious error — such as an incorrectly quoted price or a technical fault — gg88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. We will notify affected users when this occurs.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Suspected abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gg88 platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of a human user.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system glitches for financial gain.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Accounts that have been closed for a breach of these terms will not be eligible for reopening.

9 Privacy and Data
